Elk Creek Outfitters

It is Elk Creek Outfitters’ goal to consistently exceed our guests’ expectations by providing quality fishing adventures tailored to the individual. We achieve this through our extensive knowledge base, years of guiding experience, and honest, hard work.

Fishing means different things to different people. We respect the recreational anglers who just want to have a little piece of stream to themselves. We likewise respect the anglers who are possessed, like big fish, and are insatiable in their pursuits. Whatever your passion, we know you’ll like fishing with us. We are serious about fishing, and enjoy helping others with theirs. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned veteran, we are prepared to make your ECO outing the trip of your dreams.

Professional guide service providing full day float trips, wilderness walk trips, fly fishing schools and overnight trips for trout, musky, and smallmouth bass.

To better serve our anglers, ECO has two operating bases. Our main base and office is in Boone, NC on Hwy 105 across from Watauga High School. Our other “home” base is located in Butler, TN. Having two locations keeps us closer to the waters that you choose to fish for your convenience and a short drive time.
